Yes, the core features of Tathaastu are completely free. This includes the Panchang calendar, festivals, community discussions, and basic chat features. We also offer a Premium plan with advanced features like personalized Rashifal, ad-free experience, and priority support.

Our Panchang shows daily Hindu calendar details including Tithi, Nakshatra, Yoga, Karana, sunrise/sunset times, and auspicious/inauspicious periods (Rahu Kaal, Abhijit Muhurat, etc.). It automatically calculates based on your location and shows upcoming festivals and vrats.

Yes, you can create custom events alongside the Hindu calendar events. Navigate to the Events page and click the "Create Event" button. You can set reminders, add descriptions, and even invite community members to your events.

Our Panchang calculations are based on established Hindu astronomical (Siddhantic) algorithms and are accurate to your specific location. The timings are adjusted for your timezone and geographical coordinates to provide precise sunrise, sunset, and muhurat calculations.

Go to Settings and enable "Festival Alerts" under Notifications. You will receive push notifications and/or email reminders before upcoming Hindu festivals and vrats. You can customize how far in advance you want to be notified.

Yes, the calendar highlights important vrat days like Ekadashi, Pradosh, Chaturthi, and more. You can mark which vrats you observe, and the app will send you reminders and provide relevant information about each vrat.

Navigate to the Community section from the sidebar. You can browse existing threads by category (Festivals, Vratas, Spiritual, etc.), reply to discussions, give OM blessings, upvote/downvote content, and create your own threads using the "New Discussion" button.

Chat Rooms are real-time group conversations organized by topic. You can join rooms, send messages instantly, see who is online, and start private one-on-one chats with other users. Chat rooms have moderators to maintain a respectful environment.

You can report content or users using the report button available in chat rooms and discussions. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours. Repeated violations result in warnings and eventual bans. You can also block specific users.

Premium members enjoy personalized daily Rashifal, advanced Panchang insights, ad-free experience, priority customer support, exclusive community badges, extended chat features, and early access to new features.

You can upgrade to Premium from your Profile page by clicking the upgrade button, or visit the Premium section in Settings. We offer monthly and annual subscription plans with a free trial period.

Yes, we take privacy seriously. Your personal information is never shared with third parties. Private messages are only visible to sender and receiver. We use JWT token-based authentication, rate limiting, and content moderation to keep the platform safe.

Tathaastu works on all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. The app is fully responsive and works on desktops, tablets, and mobile phones. We recommend using the latest browser version for the best experience.

If you have forgotten your PIN, go to the login page and click "Forgot PIN". You will receive a verification code on your registered phone number or email. After verification, you can set a new PIN.
